Back in the fall of 2016, while driving for a rideshare service, I spotted a problem. How can I make those emblems more easily removable than they were?
I did not want to have those decals on my car’s windshield while I was not driving for the rideshare service, so placing them and removing them constantly was a challenge. Then I finally got my permit for airport passenger pickup which came with another paper permit (not even a decal) that had to be displayed on my windshield… ughhh, now what?
That’s how the seed was planted.
Taking an idea all the way from just that to a final marketable product has been nothing short of an amazing adventure. Looking back, the list of challenges we faced seems endless and quite right overwhelming. The truth is that with a clear objective, every challenge, every roadblock has been taken care of and many times come on the other side with a better solution than what was required to begin with.
Logically, all of this hard work needs to be protected so we have filed with the United States Patent and Trade Office a provisional patent of our design.
Machining customization has been a great drive for this project and we are not stopping here. Our product keeps improving!
